You do not need to send large attachments by email. After acceptance and payment, WYA Studios sends you a private Dropbox File Request for the exact materials needed for your campaign.

Do you guarantee a placement or beat sale?
No. WYA Studios guarantees the work listed in your package: uploading, optimization, targeted research, outreach, and reporting. Artist responses and purchases cannot be guaranteed.
Who keeps the money if an artist buys my beat?
You do. Artists purchase through your licensing link, and your agreement with them remains between you and the artist. WYA Studios charges only the campaign fee.
Do I still own my beats?
Yes. You retain ownership. You give WYA Studios written permission to use the selected audio and artwork for campaign promotion and channel uploads.
What happens after the campaign ends?
Your campaign report shows what was posted, who was contacted, and what responses came back. You can choose whether the upload remains public when setting up the campaign.
When do I upload my actual beat files?
Only after WYA Studios accepts your application and your package is paid. We then send a private Dropbox File Request for your MP3 or WAV files and promotional assets.
Will I need a meeting?
No. Meetings are not required for any campaign. Optional strategy calls are available mainly for long-term, growing producers who want deeper analytics, planning, and direction.
